Mot due & service as always in my experience was very good. Have used this company for years now even when they were based at the bottom of the multi storey car park. Have never had any issue's & pleased car passed mot, Happy days. 👍👍
First time customer, the level of service was good. They went above and beyond to find me a much more affordable repair. Will definitely be returning again in the future.
Always take our cars here for mots or work. Always friendly staff. You receive a video via text & email explaining any faults. Always a good service. Highly recommended
Recommended by a friend, she was happy with car MOT, took mine in CA too. I found a friendly service and booking through phone initially. NHS discount with just flashing your NHS card, thanks! Good advise and quick and professional service. Paperless MOT certificates and invoices contributes to good COVID and environmental practices. Thanks!
my girlfriends car broke down and the rac took it to this garage. they charged her £170 to replace a part that Didn't need replacing and knowing it costs about £30 and half an hours work I cant work out where this number comes from. They then proceeded to say the fuel pump would need to be taken out and sent to a specialist for testing at a cost of £1200 LABOUR, not knowing if this was actually the fault and needed permission to start work on it at which point I took over. after a quick research (being a mechanical engineer myself) and having replaced the working parts of the pump a few months earlier I found this wasn't the fault. we went to pick up the car a few days later to find the car in pieces, it should have been put together after the initial job, the exhaust was hanging off, nothing to do with any job undertaken, there were random parts all over the engine bay and a boot full of parts, bolts and oil everywhere. To leave a car in this state as some sort of statement for not wanting to give them a stupid amount of money to investigate an unknown problem is just beyond me. so I wrote down some quick numbers and they probably would have ended up charging £3000 and they then would have realised that wasn't even the problem. I had a bad experience a few years ago with an mot at this garage and this concludes there code of practice/expertise hasn't changed in the slightest and they are just out to grab money off people who dont know anything about cars later realised after I inspected it was actually the timing chain so i took the engine out and replaced myself
